The purpose of “Decree 148”* is to eradicate and monitor certain animal diseases that threaten livestock, as well as to prevent zoonoses. To apply – similarly to previous years – micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including primary producers with a tax number) must submit an application for approval to the regionally competent district office.

Based on Decree 148/2007 (XII.8.) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, support can be requested for veterinary examinations, immunization, medical treatment, sampling and diagnostic tests aimed at preventing, detecting and combating the diseases and zoonoses listed in Annex 1.

Submitter: animal keeper or his/her authorized representative
Frequency: once a year
Related document: form published on the Nébih website, containing data according to Annex 2 of the Regulation
Place of submission: territorially competent district office
Important detailed rule: a separate form is required for each animal species
